Ripped off

Yesterday my bank ripped me off, 600 SEK. I sent 12 250 Baht to Thailand yesterday. I have SEB bank. I found out what it would cost by their website.


When the payment went away it cost 600 SEK more


I call the bank: “the courses move all the time” they answer. But isnnt that a a false information they give on the website if the difference is 600 SEK?

I am pissed! …. And all the charges for taking out money in an ATM machine. 35 SEK every time. I have paid thousands and thousands so far!!!!
